About The Role
Location: Manchester
* Salary £29,764.65 per annum
* Working a 4 On 4 Off shift pattern
* Start/finish times: 10.5 hours per shift in Winter, between 07:45 and 18:15, then 12.5 hours per shift in Summer between 07:45 and 20:15
* Working 38.5 per week – Monday to Sunday
* Full PPE provided
What you will be doing
* Providing excellent levels of customer service and advising and assisting members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials
* A flexible approach is required
* Full driving licence is required and own transport is preferable
* Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site
* Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person to ensure space to segregate and store material
* Maintaining a tidy site within the areas of responsibility
* Ensuring SUEZ complies with health, safety and welfare duties and site permits
* Co-operating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with legislation and policies
* Any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job role
What are the requirements?
With the potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will join the current site team to ensure operations exceed the standards required.
* A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team
* Ideally prior mobile plant use is desirable but full training will be given
* A flexible approach to work to cover holiday and sickness if required
* Full Driving Licence
