Job Purpose To provide support with everyday activities to promote wellbeing Location Norwich NR5 Job Details I am a middle aged man with Muscular Dystrophy who requires daily support to remain independent in my home. I will need assistance with personal care, showering and changing clothes as well as some domestic support to keep my home clean and tidy and prepare basic meals. My PA will also support me to engage in social activities, going out shopping or perhaps for a coffee. As I need support over 7 days I am seeking 2 employees to work on a flexible basis. This could be either fixed days or an a flexible rota, which can be discussed at interview.
