Flexible Shifts | Weekly Pay | Minimum 25 Hours per Week We are currently recruiting Ad-Hoc Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 6–17 across a number of residential services. The homes support young people with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and complex needs and we are looking for resilient and compassionate individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role where you can choose shifts that work for you, however applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the young people in our care feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop independence skills.
