What’s in It for You? * Career progression opportunities with exposure to the full engineering lifecycle • Paid overtime or time off in lieu – gain up to 24 additional paid days off per year • Flexible working hours for a balanced work-life approach • A highly competitive pension scheme with up to 14% total contributions • Private medical insurance and access to 50 clinics nationwide • Training and professional development, with the opportunity to gain further qualifications • Salary loans for tech, home office equipment, and cycling schemes • Relocation support available for those moving closer to one of their offices Your Role Will Include: * Designing and developing innovative electronics solutions from concept to production • Leading on system integration, ensuring seamless design implementation and fault resolution • Designing for EMC compliance, including power supply, data acquisition, and signal conditioning • Working closely with test houses to ensure products meet and European standards • Creating high-quality documentation, including schematics, Bills of Materials, and compliance reports • Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and project managers to deliver robust solutions • Supporting off-site product installations and maintenance when required What You’ll Need to Succeed: * Strong background in analogue and digital electronics design • Experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and system architecture • Knowledge of compliance testing (CE/UKCA, EMC, RoHS, safety standards) • Experience using ECAD tools such as Cadence OrCAD (desirable) • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects • UK Security Clearance eligibility (essential) Why Apply?
