We’re currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to work with both UK and international clients in the property and finance sectors.
Based in Norwich and Dubai, GCB Recruitment has been working with award-winning and well-renowned clients across the UK and internationally for over 14 years! The successful Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
1. Up to £25,000 Basic
2. £30,000 - £50,000+ OTE (uncapped)

Working hours:
11. Monday to Thursday 8.45 am – 5.30pm
12. Fridays 8.45am – 5pm
Recruitment Consultant requirements:
13. Experience in recruitment or sales or customer service industries
14. Ambitious with a drive to succeed
15. Excellent communicator with natural interpersonal skills
16. Confident and personable phone manner
17. Hard-working with a strong work ethic
18. Able to work alone but still a team player
19. Pro-active
20. Motivated to hit and exceed set KPIs

Key tasks of a Recruitment Consultant include, but will not be limited to:
23. Managing your own bank of clients, candidates and vacancies in a specific area and sector – meaning you’re not competing with your colleagues
24. Dealing with queries
25. Relationship building
26. Negotiating fees and offers
27. Business development
28. Sourcing candidates; headhunting
29. Understanding the needs of both candidates and clients
30. Registering candidates
31. Interviews – organising, arranging and gaining feedback
