Role Details: Start Date: Immediately after half term, for the full half term, with the potential to continue into the new academic year. Working Hours: 3 days a week (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Setting: Pre-school (2- and 3-year-olds). Class Size: Supporting a group of 12 children in creative learning and play-based activities to support their growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and education aligned with EYFS standards. Engage children in stimulating, age-appropriate activities. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain an outstanding educational experience. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Uphold the values and standards of an OUTSTANDING nursery setting. Required Skills and Experience: Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent). Experience in UK nursery or early years settings, particularly with children aged 2–4 years. Ability to create and lead engaging group activities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A passion for early years education and child development. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
