The department handles a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters and offers high quality work within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will manage your own varied caseload, including: Shareholder and partnership disputes Contract and professional negligence claims Property and neighbour disputes Contentious probate and debt recovery The firm is ideally looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE in commercial or civil litigation, confident running files independently and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
