Repairs Planner / Scheduler - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Full-Time, Temp - Perm
Based in Slough
£12.40 - £13.40 per hour (40 hour week)

We are working with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This is a full time, temporary - permanent position based in Slough.
For this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord), along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.
Planner / Scheduler Responsibilities:
1. Managing calls on system
2. Managing operatives diaries
3. General administration
4. Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
5. Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
6. Liaising with operatives, tenants and the Client
7. Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
