Automotive Panel Beater Required in Cranleigh, Surrey
Pay: £40,000 - £44,000 Basic + Overtime opportunity
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota

Duties
6. Repairing and straightening vehicle panels to the highest standards using cutting and welding techniques
7. Undertaking filler work and chassis straightening utilising jig pulling equipment
8. Cutting and fitting new body panels in a state-of-the-art bodyshop setting
9. Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
10. Maintaining a high level of workmanship while meeting deadlines
11. Working efficiently with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Candidate spec
12. Previous experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a busy bodyshop environment
13. Proficient in panel repair, straightening, and welding techniques
14. Good understanding of vehicle structures and paint preparation processes
15. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
16. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
17. Hold a valid UK driving licence
