Position Overview
This is a temporary ongoing position that may become permanent. We are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our team, providing payroll and administrative support. No payroll experience is required as full training will be provided, but administration experience is essential.
This office-based role requires a minimum of 24 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with additional hours subject to business needs.

* Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (flexibility required)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Processing payroll, SSP, and Holiday Pay onto the company database
* Administering pay, client rates, and legislative changes onto CRM
* Assisting the Credit Control team with payroll and invoice queries
* Processing company car mileage and business expenses
* Managing new starters, leavers, and P45 requests
* Participating in monthly payroll audits
* Providing administrative support to Recruitment Consultants and Senior Managers
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years administration experience
* GCSE grades A-C in maths and English
* High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and aptitude for in-house systems
