Role Description
As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will be working closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA to support sales and education across our key accounts. You will be responsible for achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, all whilst managing & nurturing your team to become results drives and the best in the business.
As a leader in the business, you will be assertive and confident but approachable. You will be able to show evidence of strong planning and organisational skills, as well as good personnel management with strong forward planning and implantation of new processes. Leading by example at all times with a hands on & positive can-do attitude is a must.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training programme for the region.
2. Prioritising in store performance issues to make certain that those most directly impacting sales are addressed first.
3. Coaching and developing each team member to help inspire the success of the regions.
