Job Title: Services & Repairs Supervisor
Salary: £35,360 base per annum plus £5,000 bonus OTE
Location: Harlow, CM19 5TR (Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm)
Contract Type: Permanent

Join our team at MTR as a Services & Repairs Supervisor, where you will have responsibility for all Services activities within the department. You will ensure a smooth operation is carried out and operational deadlines are met and work closely with the SLT team to drive results of the business.
As Part Of The Team
* Oversee daily operations including data wipe, regrade processes and third party service trials ensuring workflows meet performance targets.
* Lead and support the team by setting clear expectations, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
* Manage compliance and reporting, ensuring accurate data wipe certification, timely reporting and adherence to operational standards.
* Maintain stock and parts inventory, supporting efficient repair operations and service delivery.
