We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support a UHNW entrepreneurial couple who have recently relocated to the UK. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting two founders working across climate conservation and social entrepreneurship. The principals are in a period of transition and growth, building and scaling multiple ventures while settling into life in the UK. They are looking for a long-term Private PA who is calm and caring, highly organised and genuinely enjoys bringing structure and order to busy lives. This role would suit someone who is very confident working autonomously, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys being a trusted right-hand. This is a true Private PA role, combining high-level personal support with some household management and some business-adjacent responsibilities. You will be proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable running projects independently, with the ability to anticipate what is needed and stay a few steps ahead. Attention to detail, strong organisation and great software and AI tech skills are essential. The successful candidate will act as the main point of coordination across diaries, inboxes, travel, household staff, suppliers and personal projects. The focus is on structure, organisation and follow-through, over reactive task handling. The principals value clear communication, sensible prioritisation and someone who learns their preferences and understands how to make their day-to-day lives run more smoothly. The role is based between properties in London and Oxfordshire and offers a hybrid, flexible setup, combining time at the properties with remote work, project management and errand running. Core days are Monday to Friday, with flexibility needed around working hours and occasional out-of-hours support.
