Temporary Administrative Support Officer
Location: Gloucester - GL1
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
Contract Length: 6 months (end date currently May 2026)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) Pay rate: £13.73 per hour
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite (free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis)

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join the First Registrations Support Team on a 6-month temporary assignment, supporting essential operational and administrative tasks.
About the Role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of applications and providing vital clerical support to the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Distributing and allocating applications to the appropriate teams
2. Liaising with operational teams to escalate applications when necessary
3. Maintaining and updating application tracking lists
4. Performing local scanning and printing tasks
5. Handling customer correspondence when required
6. Accurately recording actions using the Points Arising Screen (PAS) system
7. Supporting process improvements by identifying recurring issues or gaps in documentation
8. Completing general administrative duties as needed
