Our vision is: “Helping the people of Moray to connect, communicate and achieve their potential.” The post is community based with a mixed caseload, including children with additional support needs, and involves delivering intervention at universal, targeted and specialist levels. Our team has a strong commitment to working in partnership with clients, their families, other professionals and the wider community with a strong focus on developing capacity for self-management. This opportunity is designed to help individuals who are unable to secure housing locally while starting their new job. Applicants must be filling a public sector role such as NHS healthcare professionals eg Consultants, Nurses, Physiotherapists where local skills shortages exist. You must be moving to Moray from outside the area and must be willing to accept a Short Scottish Secure Tenancy (SSST), which is a temporary housing arrangement. Key worker points will be awarded based on employer confirmation of recruitment need, and housing will be provided for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. This accommodation option allows applicants time to secure permanent housing while addressing local recruitment challenges.
