The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of printer brands and models and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Fuel Card for business millage Mandatory Skills 4 yrs experience of working as a Digital Printing Field Engineer : 4 years’ experience in the printing industry Experience with wide format printers Knowledge working with networked configurations Good communication skills & well-presented Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently. Good computer skills and aptitude for learning new software. Cloud print software management experience. Document Management software experience ( eg : Uniflow ) would be an advantage Duties include but are not limited to - Respond to customer inquiries regarding printer problems in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot printers. Perform regular maintenance checks on printers to ensure optimal performance. Order and maintain inventory of printer parts and supplies. Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and service contracts Train users on proper printer operation and maintenance Prepare cost estimates for printer repairs and replacements.
