Essential

* Relevant undergraduate degree, or evidence of working at degree level.
* Confidence to deliver training to Teachers & parents.
* Proven experience working with neurodiverse students in educational settings, with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on learning.
* Familiarity with SEND provision in mainstream schools, including relevant policies, practices, and legislation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including school staff, health specialists, and parent carers.

* Experience delivering training sessions or workshops to educators on neurodiversity-related topics.

* Ability to assess school environments and identify areas for improvement to better support neurodiverse students.

* Passion for inclusion and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for neurodiverse students in mainstream education.

Additional Information

* This is a full-time position based in Wiltshire, with flexibility to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
* The successful candidate will undergo relevant training and induction processes upon appointment.

Travel within the region will be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role therefore a full UK Driving licence and access to vehicle for work purposes is essential.
