Main Responsibilities * Lead, inspire, and energise the Entertainment team to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Oversee daily operations across Bowling, Soft Play, and the Arcade, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment * Manage rotas and ensure smooth, efficient running of all areas * Uphold compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence * Drive revenue growth through new packages, events, and entertainment concepts * Support marketing initiatives and build partnerships to bring in new business * Develop the space into a multi‑purpose venue, from kids’ parties to large‑scale team‑building sessions About You * Naturally fun, lively, and full of ideas to make experiences memorable * A confident leader who brings out the best in their team * Organised, proactive, and keen to continuously improve customer experience * Passionate about leisure and entertainment — experience in hospitality or a similar environment is a bonus * Commercially minded, with an eye for spotting new opportunities and revenue streams Why Join LED?
