On-site Coordinator
Location: Hull
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,500

Fuelled by continuous growth and success, Gap Personnel is on the lookout for a talented and driven On-site Coordinator to join our expanding team across Hull. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

* Consistently ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements through proactive workforce planning
* Manage and maintain a large, flexible pool of available workers to meet fluctuating demand
* Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support business objectives
* Prepare and present KPI reports to Senior Management in weekly performance review meetings
* Facilitate candidate introductions to the site, including outlining processes, expectations, and work environment
* Conduct comprehensive site tours and ensure key stakeholders are engaged during the onboarding process
* Ensure all workers are fully registered, compliant with legal and site-specific requirements, inducted, and briefed on their roles and responsibilities


What we are looking for:

* Proactive and highly motivated approach to candidate attraction and engagement
* Resilient, self-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, often under tight deadlines and short notice
* Well-developed business administration skills, ensuring efficient and accurate processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all recruitment and administrative tasks
