Your new roleAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of thepany’s QMS. You will lead internal and external audits, manage documentation, support cross‑functional teams, and ensurepliance with ISO standards.This is a hands‑on and highly influential role, involving close collaboration with production, design, procurement, suppliers, and senior management. You will design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System. Write and update procedures, policies, and processes aligned to ISO standards. Ensure QMS documentation is accurate,pliant, and up to date. Lead internal and external audits across the business and its supply chain and host external accreditation and surveillance audits. Conduct supplier audits and gatherpliance documentation. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.What you’ll need to succeed
1. Strong experience within Quality Management in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS best practice.
3. Proven auditing experience (internal and external).
4. Excellentmunication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
