Compliance Administrator / Admin Assistant Location: Office-based (occasional travel to sites) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE Hours: Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–4 A growing business in the construction sector is looking for a Compliance Administrator to support certification, audits, and process improvement across the organisation. You’ll help maintain ISO and industry certifications, assist with internal audits, support document control, and coordinate client onboarding processes. The role suits someone with strong admin skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent attention to detail. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications Coordinating with teams to ensure compliance with CHAS, Constructionline, Safe Contractor, and other client-required certifications Planning and conducting internal audits and reporting findings Assisting with trend analysis and improvement recommendations Managing and updating compliance documents, policies, and procedures Supporting client onboarding through PQQs and documentation Collaborating across departments to improve processes and business efficiencies What you’ll need: 3 years in an admin role Strong IT and communication skills Full UK driving licence Compliance experience is a bonus – training provided Benefits: Private health insurance 25 days holiday bank holidays Extra leave after 5 years Cycle to work scheme & pension Apply now to join a friendly and forward-thinking team.
