Are you a commercially minded E-Commerce leader with a passion for growth and customer experience? We’re seeking a Head of E-Commerce to drive digital performance and deliver measurable impact across UK, US, and EU markets.
As a rapidly scaling lifestyle and leisure brand, we operate D2C and through leading retailers and marketplaces. With recent international expansion and product innovation milestones, this is a pivotal role in shaping our next phase of digital growth.
About the Role
You will lead the E-Commerce and digital marketing function, optimising performance across all channels while ensuring a best-in-class online experience. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll use data to guide strategy, improve user experience, and drive sales across owned and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and optimise the Shopify e-commerce environment, with a focus on conversion rate and customer journey improvements.
* Lead digital strategy across SEO, PPC, email, content, and paid social — delivering ROI-driven campaigns in the UK, US, and EU markets.
* Oversee pricing, promotions, and product listing strategies across D2C and marketplaces.
* Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends, and marketing performance to continually refine strategies.
* Manage digital budgets effectively and report on channel and site-level ROI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
* Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience scaling e-commerce performance across international markets, ideally using Shopify and Shopify Markets.
* Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering revenue and conversion growth.
* Confident across performance marketing disciplines (SEO, PPC, CRM, paid social, CRO).
* Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced D2C environment.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4 and performance tracking tools.
* Hands-on understanding of UX principles, CRO tactics, and customer journey optimisation.
* Experience managing large digital budgets and marketplace trading strategies.
