Salary: Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £55,000
Hours of work: Seasonal contract - Up to full-time hours available - Includes weekends
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour - Paid Weekly

We want you to make our guests feel personally welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to check-out. Previous customer service or reception experience is required for this role.
What you’ll be doing:
Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will assist the Guest Services Manager in running the Guest Services department.
This involves meeting and greeting guests, checking them in, making bookings, resolving complaints, and possibly other duties. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
Skills, experience, and qualities needed:
* Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
Confident, outgoing personality, excellent organization, resilience under pressure, multi-tasking, teamwork, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important. You should also value our ethos of Attentive, Amazing, Lovers.
Nice to have:
* Experience with booking systems, especially Parcvu
