A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing FinTech company transforming the payments space! Due to exciting business growth, we are seeking a technical support specialist with strong API knowledge and a proactive approach to provisioning and application support. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience across SaaS payment solutions.
As the first point of contact for technical queries, you will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with API integrations, and manage provisioning tasks to ensure customers are onboarded efficiently and systems are configured correctly.
Key Responsibilities of the Payments Support Officer to include :
* Provisioning : Set up and configure customer environments, ensuring all technical requirements are met for smooth onboarding.
* API Support : Assist clients with REST / SOAP API integrations, authentication (OAuth), and troubleshooting using tools like Postman.
* Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve application issues, leveraging log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk) and forensic data.
* Customer Interaction : Provide clear, professional guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
