We are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager for our Rotherham office. You might already be an established Senior Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager looking for a new opportunity with a new business. You might be a Recruitment Consultant seeking your first senior role. gap personnel will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted and non-financial targets
* Developing existing relationships within the client base
* Creating and maximising new business opportunities and negotiating the best commercial terms to enhance profitability
* Writing a business plan to ensure achievement of targets
* Supporting all branch client accounts, reviewing service levels, managing improvements when needed
* Achieving agreed financial and non-financial targets
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and standards
Your Required Experience:
* Excellent client management skills, with a proven track record of growing and retaining business
* Experience in developing team members' careers
* Good knowledge of the South & West Yorkshire recruitment markets
* Ability to attract and recruit candidates aligned with client needs
* Experience managing clients through challenging times
* Proven success in winning new business
The gap personnel Rotherham office is well established locally. We seek a passionate, driven individual eager to operate across South West Yorkshire without territorial conflicts. You will have autonomy and extensive support from marketing, compliance, sales support, credit control, and centralized and localized sales divisions.
What’s Your Return:
* Basic salary up to £29,000pa plus bonuses on new and existing business
* Full-time hours (37.5 hrs)
* Holiday 25 days plus Bank Holidays (33 total). Up to 5 days can be bought annually
