Programs Analyst (PMO) x 2, Londonderry, Northern Ireland (Ref: E25-100 and E25-101) About you The ideal candidate for this Programs Analyst role is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. They combine strong project management fundamentals with analytical and communication skills, and are comfortable operating across complex, cross-functional programs with executive exposure. About the role The Strategic Growth Programs team reports into the Office of the President / COO and is responsible for large, corporate-wide, strategic initiatives that drive transformation throughout the company. Programs run by this team have C-Level and even Board visibility. Members of the team engage with senior and executive leadership. As part of this team, the Program Analyst will execute on project, operational and research activities. Programs can include product or other types of launches, technology projects, M&A integration and other Go-to-Market initiatives driven by the company. As part of the Tungsten Automation Corporation Strategic Growth Programs team, we are looking for a highly motivated team member that can help us manage complex, visible, cross organizational projects. In addition to driving rigor and discipline, our ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in information gathering / analysis, writing clear documentation, and monitoring task execution. The keys to success in the role are to work well within a cross-functional team, meet defined commitments and be comfortable with change. The Program Analyst will support all phases of the program management lifecycle, work with others develop project plans, help document weekly project summaries, and participate in opportunities to improve overall PMO or launch processes. Key Responsibilities Planning and Execution: Work with program managers to develop and maintain program milestones and budget along with detailed project schedule where required. Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Facilitate change control process on assigned programs, including documenting change requests and coordinating approval. Provide hands-on support to assigned programs or to overall Strategic Growth Program management initiatives, including research, cost benefit analysis, and project management metric development. Perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data in response to information requests. Communication and Relationship Management: Assist program managers with preparing program or executive level meetings, briefings, or conferences and produce meeting summaries for program wide distribution. Help Strategic Growth Programs office build and manage health dashboards to provide executives visibility to how programs are progressing. Document and escalate problems and roadblocks to program managers. Report programs status including progress, productivity, risk and quality metrics. Project Management and Oversight: Collaborate with other organizations to ensure tasks are clearly defined and scheduled to meet program timeline. Quality Assurance: Develop all program materials in accordance with Strategic Growth Program standards. Integration and Consistency: Consistently create high quality documentation and other communications. Required Qualifications and Experience Associate degree preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience. Experience in a software company is a plus. Experience in high-tech industry. Experience in Professional Services, consulting with external customers. Experience using methodology to manage small complexity projects is a plus. Experience in R&D / IT systems implementations or Go-to-Market programs (from business case to selling motion to sunset activities). Experience in data analysis, leveraging and/or developing in tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Asana, Smartsheet and SharePoint. Required Knowledge and Skills Must have strong organizational and/or project management skills, with experience in supporting project or programs. Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise documentation. Must be a selfstarter, with the ability to ramp up quickly to understand technical topics as well as business needs. Must be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment, with minimal supervision. Must have a personal sense of urgency, capacity to overcome obstacles, and follow through with assigned tasks/initiatives. Must have experience with Office 365, MS Teams, and other business productivity tools. Must have solid understanding of Project Management methodologies.
