Copart is seeking a collaborative and ROI-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at our Head Office in Bedford, MK43 9EJ. Since entering the UK market in 2007, we have experienced significant growth and have ambitious plans to expand further in the UK and Europe. We are looking for a candidate to help us achieve this growth and develop with us.
Responsibilities
1. Manage organic and paid social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
2. Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
3. Interact professionally with the online community through comments, messages, and reviews.
4. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
5. Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
6. Support influencer collaborations and manage related requests.
7. Update website content via CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress.
8. Develop engaging communication strategies to attract, convert, and retain audiences.
9. Ensure all digital communications reflect our brand positioning and work collaboratively across teams.
10. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign success and digital initiatives.
11. Conduct competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
12. Implement social media marketing strategies from execution to measurement, including content creation and amplification.
13. Perform ROI analysis on marketing activities and adjust tactics accordingly.
14. Manage multiple digital projects aimed at driving acquisition, growth, and retention.
15. Demonstrate experience in managing social media channels and digital marketing tools.
16. Confidently interpret digital metrics and data to tell compelling stories.
17. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
18. Lead successful projects from inception to delivery, demonstrating impact with data.
19. Exhibit strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
20. Manage external agencies effectively.
21. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
22. Possess a marketing degree, CIM qualification, or equivalent.
23. Build strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
24. Maintain high organization and attention to detail, working effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
