This role offers the chance to join a dynamic team of senior consultants working across cross-channel campaigns, with a strong focus on team development, client ownership, and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the growth and performance of junior team members, including training plans and regular progress reviews.
* Own strategic client relationships, ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs with clear communication and proactive input.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of paid media activations, from planning through to execution and reporting.
* Deliver high-quality forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
* Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, case studies, and client-facing content.
Essential Experience:
* 2 to 4.5 years’ experience in PPC or paid social, with strong cross-channel knowledge including Meta and Google Ads.
* Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and leading strategy execution with minimal oversight.
* Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants within a fast-paced agency environment.
* Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating findings into performance actions.
* Confident presenter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
