Administrative Assistant/SEND (E7899) - Lighthouse Futures Trust
Lighthouse Futures Trust is a SPI (Specialist Post-16 Institution) and a registered charity established in 2018. Our focus is on supporting young adults aged 16-25 to gain the social and employability skills needed to find and sustain paid employment.
Pre-internship: This lasts for 1 to 2 years and is primarily based on our college site but includes regular trips and business visits.
Supported internship: This lasts for 10 months and includes 3 to 4 days a week on site with a major local employer.
Branching Out: This is a practical programme lasting 10 months, focusing on gardening/landscaping and other hands-on roles.
We are recruiting a new SEND Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
You will also provide administration and support to the SEND Coordinator (SENDCo) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Your role will also involve being the face of the college by manning reception and welcoming students and visitors.

The SEND Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the SEND team by providing high-quality administrative and organizational support. This role ensures that students with SEND receive appropriate support and that communication with families and external agencies is timely and accurate.
