Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a leading law firm in Dorset in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work remotely while supporting a well-established and collaborative private client department.
The Role
This locum position offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts and care of the elderly
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
• Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters
• Ensuring high standards of service and client care
You’ll be joining a team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions with flexibility and autonomy.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
• Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
• Preferably some experience in trust work
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently
Working Arrangements
This role is offered on a fully remote basis for UK-based candidates. Both full-time and part-time locum applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
