We’re supporting a technology-led organisation delivering high-availability, data-intensive systems in regulated sectors.
They are looking for 2 x Senior Azure Engineers to work on high-load microservices interacting with time-series data stores.
This is a performance-focused, distributed systems role, not a web app dev position.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and optimising high-throughput microservices in .NET 6+
* Working with Azure Data Explorer (ADX) / Kusto (or similar time-series databases)
* Designing ingestion pipelines and optimising query performance
* Deploying containerised services into AKS
* Implementing caching strategies and retention policies
* Improving system scalability under heavy load patterns
Tech Environment
* C# / .NET 6+
* Microservices architecture
* Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
* Azure Data Explorer (ADX) / KQL
* Docker
* Azure Service Bus / Functions / Storage
You’ll need to be comfortable working on systems that operate at scale, where performance and optimisation genuinely matter.
