Qualifications
* Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver's License
* Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
* Positive employment history preferred
* SLED/criminal background review required
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
FLSA and Status
* FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
* Job Status: At-will Employee
* Responsible To: Director of Operations
Job Duties
* Provide general maintenance of the grounds within the school district
* Perform yard duties in order to maintain the school grounds in an attractive condition (i.e. grass cutting, trimming shrubs, etc.)
* Keeps grounds free from trash and rubbish
* Maintain building and premises (i.e. sidewalks, driveways, play areas) clean and neat at all times
* Report any necessary major repairs and/or damage of district property
* Provide assistance in other maintenance areas as assigned
* Perform other related duties as required, as well as all other duties as assigned
Requirements

* Copy of 10 year Driving Record issued from SCDMV
