My client, a leading service provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across The East.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in winning new business, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of sales strategies to win new contracts across FM services.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Assist in managing the bid process, including writing proposals and coordinating tender submissions.
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and service mobilisation.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a business development or sales role within the facilities management or related sector.
* Good understanding of FM services and commercial practices, including sales pipelines and proposal development.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
