The school is two formed entry, and each class has a Teaching Assistant. The Role: Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the development of every child. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community. Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure high levels of achievement. Promote a love of learning and encourage pupils to reach their full potential. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced Teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply. Experience teaching in KS1, preferably in Year 1. Has previously had experience teaching high quality Phonics. A commitment to delivering high-quality education and pastoral care. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
