Overview
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly team within the Rosebank Ward at Caithness General Hospital, Wick. We are a busy acute surgical and medical admission ward, with a three bedded enhanced level of care unit. We aim to provide a high standard of care to our clients on a daily basis. All acute medical, surgical and emergency department admissions are received through the acute referral pathway. This is an exciting opportunity, at a time of continuing quality improvement and redesign.
You will be supported in completing a development and training program to gain the experience needed to deliver a high standard of evidence based patient centred care. You will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
This is a permanent part-time post of 30 hours per week working a rotational contract covering both Days and Nights or as per service requirements.
