The role We're looking for a talented individual to join us as a Sales Services Co-ordinator and provide a seamless admin and business support to our Sales Services team, delivering an exceptional customer service directly to residents. In this role, you will handle customer enquiries efficiently and courteously and support the Sales Services team with administrative tasks. You will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, produce and monitor mail shots and attend and prepare for meetings. This role is based at Farringdon and offered as Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2026. Hybrid working will be discussed based on training needs and support. What you'll need: Experienced in all pre-contract sales enquiries ( including, but not limited to LPE1 and further enquires), providing a responsive and efficient service within published service standards Proven administrative experience (ideally in a sales environment) or ability to quickly develop the necessary skills and knowledge Excellent customer service skills and able to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction working to Southern Service standards Effective communication skills, both verbally and written Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others Effective verbal and numerical reasoning skills In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above six criteria providing real examples.
