SEN Teaching Assistant – Long Term/Permanent Roles Starting January

Some pupils need a little more patience and consistency to thrive. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for skilled and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people across EYFS, primary, and secondary settings from January.

*

Support with social and emotional development during structured and unstructured times.

*

Contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs.

*

Adaptable approach to meet individual needs across different age groups.

*

Calm, positive attitude and ability to build trust quickly.

*

Why Sprint?

We’re not like other education recruitment agencies. If you’re looking to work as a Year 6 teacher in a mainstream classroom, providing day-to-day supply cover, we’re probably not the agency for you. But if you’re passionate about supporting students with additional needs and want a long-term or permanent role where you can build consistency and see the impact of your work every day, that’s exactly what we do.

It’s also why so many schools across Coventry and Warwickshire choose Sprint to help them find high-quality SEN support for their students.

We only work with people who are genuinely motivated to make a difference for children with additional needs. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
