Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist (Fixed-Term, Zero Hours)
Location: Enfield, EN3 (on-site only)

Hours: 7 hours per day (flexible schedule to be agreed)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator / Receptionist to join our team on a temporary, fixed-term basis. This role is well suited to someone local to Enfield who enjoys working in a busy clinic environment and can provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming clients to the clinic and facilitating their appointments
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with client queries
* Booking and managing appointments using the office calendar system
* Sending emails and text message reminders
* Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
* General administration duties as required
* Liaising with staff and managers to support day-to-day operations
* Providing support with any other reasonable administration tasks as requested
Requirements
* Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
* Confident using IT systems, including email and calendar management
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy environment
* Professional, flexible, and dependable
* Must be able to work on-site at our Enfield (EN3) clinic
