What You'll Be Doing Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination Ensure reception and client areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained Set up meeting rooms with refreshments, catering, and AV equipment as required Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently Support health & safety procedures and documentation Liaise with building security and facilities staff to support daily operations Set up and adjust meeting rooms based on client requirements Provide basic IT and AV troubleshooting for meetings and events Train for and support fire marshal and first aid duties Assist the Property and Workplace Team with administrative tasks Take on additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations What We're Looking For Experience delivering excellent customer service in a professional setting Background in legal, financial, or other corporate environments (preferred) Event coordination experience is a plus Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Team player with a flexible, proactive mindset Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve independently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable with AV and video conferencing setup and support Willingness to perform manual handling tasks (training provided) Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours events Why Apply?
