Full UK manual driving licence (essential). * Role Overview: Provide exceptional care to children and young people aged 0-16 with complex backgrounds, challenging behaviour, and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD), using a systemic therapeutic approach. Responsibilities include supporting personal care, health, education, and recreational activities, promoting care plans (health, education, independence, social, emotional, and personal well-being), and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Maintain high standards of professional conduct, promote cultural and religious needs, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety standards, and data protection regulations.
