3. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.
4. Assist with maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
6. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
7. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
8. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
10. Help in ensuring accuracy of data within accounting systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
12. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
