About The Role

We are seeking organised, self-motivated professionals with deep operational knowledge of clean water networks to join our technical training team.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to staff involved in clean water network operations.
* Design and maintain training materials and assessments aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
* Facilitate practical, hands-on learning that reinforces theoretical knowledge.
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive, developmental feedback.
* Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects current best practices.
* Conduct fair, consistent, and unbiased workplace competency assessments.
* Continuously improve training delivery and content based on feedback and performance data.
About You
* Proven experience in clean water network operations and customer service.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive problem-solver with a passion for developing others.
* Skilled at building strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and subject matter experts.
* Able to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs.
* Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
* Willing to work towards a formal qualification in competency assessment (if not already held).
