What Does the Role Involve?As a Project Worker at Daisy Hill, you'll:?? Support people in their daily routines - from meal prep and laundry to emotional wellbeing?? Deliver personal care and medication support where needed?? Promote independence through gentle encouragement and practical problem-solving?? Link people with local services, activities, and wellbeing initiatives?? Be a steady presence through both the good and challenging days??
