Job Introduction
* Location: Various locations throughout London and the M25 (including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London)
* Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM; flexibility required based on business needs). Opportunities for overtime and weekend work available upon request and based on business availability
We seek a dynamic and adaptable individual who loves customer service and thrives in a team environment. Our Network Team plays a crucial role in supporting over 100 locations, stepping in during operational absences, such as vacations and training sessions.
This position is ideal for receptionists seeking diversity and excitement. You will gain exposure to various operations and teams, with comprehensive training on systems and procedures before site assignment.

Main responsibilities
* Fulfilling multiple roles across the Rapport portfolio (e.g., receptionist, concierge, lobby host, helpdesk)
* Addressing guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
* Managing all incoming and outgoing calls professionally
* Collaborating with other departments and service providers to enhance guest satisfaction
* Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing duties and shift or location adjustments
The ideal candidate will

* Be willing to travel across London and M25
* Have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, such as hotels, corporate settings, or luxury establishments

* Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude under pressure
