We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded technology and operations leader to assist with the delivery of our technology strategy and operational execution as we scale. You will work closely with the founders and lead the interface between product, platform delivery, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Technology Leadership:
o Own and evolve the product & technology roadmap. We are currently in MVP phase with several pilot clients.
o Manage outsourced dev teams: sprint planning, QA, and deliverables.
o Lead vendor and integration strategy (CRM, analytics, etc.).
o Translate business needs into system and architecture requirements.
o Track tech budgets, resource usage, and delivery timelines.
* Operational Oversight:
o Run day-to-day operations across customer success, sales ops, compliance, and internal tooling.
o Assist the founder/CEO in building a team across all functions.
o Build and monitor dashboards for KPIs and user engagement.
o Create scalable workflows for onboarding, payments, and support.
o Ensure systems and processes support rapid scale-up without loss of control.
* Founding-Level Collaboration:
o Work closely with CEO/CTO to refine go-to-market execution.
o Contribute to board materials, investor updates, and due diligence packs.
o Be comfortable with both detailed debugging and long-term strategic planning.
You Should Have
* Proven experience in a hybrid technology and operations role at a fast-moving tech company.
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure from chaos.
* Experience scaling operations at 10x growth rates.
* Ability to manage technical discussions while driving commercial outcomes.
* Willingness to wear multiple hats and switch context rapidly.
* Excellent communication skills, especially translating tech into business outcomes.
* Strong vendor and dev team management experience.
* Bias toward action and ownership; you make things happen.
* Familiarity with early-stage company life and ambiguity.
