What We Offer Company Van & Fuel Card ️ Generous Annual Leave for Work-Life Balance 24/7 GP Access, Mental Health Support & Fitness Programs Ongoing Training & Career Development Opportunities Your Role As an Air Source Heat Pump Installer, you’ll be responsible for: Installing and servicing heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and thermal storage systems Carrying out general heating system installations and repairs (domestic & commercial) Providing on-site supervision and technical support Diagnosing faults and performing maintenance Ensuring compliance with PAS 2030, MCS, and Gas Safe standards Completing accurate documentation and safety reports Participating in overtime and call-out rotations as needed ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in social housing or local authority projects Full, clean UK driving licence Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards Experience with unvented hot water systems and various pipework methods Solid understanding of Health & Safety and industry regulations Essential Qualifications NVQ Level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing or equivalent Level 3 Award in Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC, or LCL) G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification Water Regulations Certificate Desirable Extras: Experience with HIUs, solar thermal systems, F-Gas, electrical qualifications, and control system rewiring Why Join WPS Liberty?
