Recruit4staff are representing a well-established mechanical engineering business in their search for a Mechanical Fitter (Pipework) to work in Birkenhead
Job Role: Fitting hygienic pipework and steel components on industrial client sites. Tasks also include maintenance and repair work, and general mechanical duties. The role involves working alongside a team to ensure projects are completed effectively. May also include supporting additional tasks on-site beyond primary responsibilities.
* Pay: £20 per hour (PAYE) | £26 per hour (Umbrella)
* Hours of Work: 7.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday
* Duration: 4 Weeks (Potential for additional work after this project)
* Mechanical installation of pipework systems
* Mechanical service and maintenance experience
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Experience of TIG welding
* Experience of steel fabrication
* FLT experience
Essential Qualifications:
* NVQ/City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
* CCNSG Card
* FLT Licence
