Senior Care Assistant – Nights – Poets Mews Care Home, Somerset
The Senior Care Assistant will work alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident.
* Being involved in the person‑centred care planning process.
* Supporting residents with medication requirements.
* Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
* Acting as a key point of contact with residents, health and social care professionals.
* Ensuring that requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
