Position Summary
We are looking for a Data Migration Coordinator (CRM) to support our integration projects by ensuring fast, secure, and accurate access to agency CRMs. This role is focused on organizing and coordinating data exports, quality checks, and handover to our Data Engineering team — without the need for deep coding or building full ETL pipelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined in security and documentation, and comfortable working with technical tools (SQL, SFTP, APIs) at a practical level. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will act as the main point of contact between agency managers, CRM vendors, and internal engineers. The role will also require occasional travel to agency sites to coordinate migrations in person.
This position is highly operational and coordination-driven, offering the opportunity to play a critical role in Dwelly’s integration pipeline by keeping migrations secure, well-documented, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Access and security: request for service accounts (read-only), API keys, IP allow-list; exchange via secure-share; storage in 1Password/Bitwarden; access logging; revocation after cutover.
* Exports/deltas: launch of full unloads and deltas (by modified/updated_at); agreement on formats (CSV/JSON), encoding, schedule.
* Quality checks (basic): reconciliations of quantities by entities (properties, landlords, tenants, tenancies, transactions, documents), spot checking of duplicates/empty values/type mismatches, validity of dates/mails.
* Artifacts: filling a simple data-dictionary, field mapping tables (source → our schema), Postman collections, example records.
* Coordination: communication with CRM vendors and agency managers, tracking deadlines, weekly updates, escalation of blockers.
* Transfer to DE work: issuing access and artifacts, answers to clarifying questions about the origin of data.
What is NOT required
* Write full-fledged connectors/ETL or complex backend.
* Design data models from scratch.
* Do advanced analytics - only basic checks according to checklists.
Tools: Postman/Insomnia, WinSCP/FileZilla/Termius, SSH/SFTP/PGP, Google Sheets/Excel, SQL (MariaDB/MySQL/Postgres), 1Password/Bitwarden, G-Drive/S3.
Bonus: Python/PowerShell for mini-scripts.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years in IT-Support/system administration (accounts, access, SSO/MFA, networks at a basic level).
* Practice with SFTP/SSH/keys, understanding read-only access and IP allow-list.
* Basic SQL (SELECT/COUNT/JOIN at the check level), confident work with CSV/JSON, attention to encodings and separators.
* Scrupulousness, discipline in safety and documentation.
