We’re seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our progressive, award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in our Bristol office as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You’ll help deliver sustainable projects for our communities, planet, and society within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where early involvement and evidence-based design guide key decisions.


Key Responsibilities

* Work on live projects across sectors such as healthcare and education from day one.
* Undertake electrical services design and calculations using modern software (e.g., Dialux, Relux, Electrical OM).
* Contribute to scheme design concepts with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams.
* Use Revit and 3D BIM tools for design production and coordinate with other disciplines.
* Produce detailed designs, drawings, and documentation.
* Design systems for artificial and natural lighting, building data networks, and fire alarm safety.
* Support the development of energy and sustainability strategies.
* Participate in design team and client meetings.
* Undertake site visits and surveys.
* Research and implement new technologies.
* Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
* Typical tasks include designing and creating electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting.

About You

Qualifications

* Degree and/or master’s in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline.
* Keen interest in the building services, energy, and sustainability sectors.

Working Arrangements

To ensure appropriate support and development, graduates are asked to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
